The Home Finder contains a list of available, accessible housing units in Philadelphia either constructed or rehabilitated using funding from the Philadelphia Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Each posting has details about the location and size of the unit, accessibility features, cost, income requirements and contact information for the management agent. The units are listed with the most recent additions at the top, so if you have visited the Home Finder before, you will be able to begin with listings that are new to you.
