Taylor St. The 33-unit Mamie Nichols Townhomes includes 9 fully accessible units including roll-in showers as well as 2 additional units featuring hearing and visual accessibility features. Accessible units are income restricted to 20% and 50% AMI levels. Five fully accessible units receive Section 811 subsidy and tenants will pay no more than 30% of income on rent. The four remaining fully accessible units and the two units with hearing/visual accessibility features receive ACC subsidy, and estimated rents for these units range from $171-$414/month, though actual rents will be limited based on income.
