- Is there an application fee?
- Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $20.00. This fee covers the cost of processing the application and running background and credit checks.
- How long does the application process take?
- 9-12 months.
- What is the income requirement to qualify for our units?
- Not to exceed 50 AMI.
