One of the highlights of the TAP program is the annual forum. Since 1999 hundreds of people have attended these forums in which national and local speakers have presented information on topics such as "Universal Design", "Current Issues in Fair Housing Law and Accessible Design" and "Marketing Ideas for the Homebuilding Industry".
